8. Consultations, On-site Visits and Payments

All consultations—phone, video, and on-site assessments—must be paid in advance.
No services will be rendered without payment confirmation. The contractor will not perform any estimates and will not collect payment at the property.

  1. Phone/Video Consultations are non-refundable once scheduled. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  2. On-Site Assessments are also non-refundable under the following conditions:
    – If you are unavailable at the property
    – If you miss your appointment time
    – If the contractor is on-site waiting without access or client communication
    Note: Any time spent waiting on-site is deducted from your included 1-hour window.

  3. Additional time beyond the first hour is billed at $100/hour, payable in advance if requested. The contractor will only stay beyond the first hour if availability and prepayment are confirmed.

  4. The Free Project Review form is a no-cost service. We aim to respond within 1–3 business days, but timelines may vary depending on project volume. You will not receive a notification if delays occur; responses will be sent once your request is under review.
